Cervicobrachial Syndrome

Cervicobrachial syndrome is one of the most common diagnoses among our clients. It results from compression of the nerve roots in the cervical (neck) spine, often caused by degenerative changes, disc herniation, osteophyte formation (bone spurs), or severe cervical spine injuries.

This condition frequently affects individuals with sedentary jobs, such as IT professionals, dentists, office workers, drivers, and teachers.

Symptoms of Cervicobrachial Syndrome

• Pain radiating from the neck to the arms and fingertips

Why Early Therapy is Essential

It is crucial to begin therapy as soon as possible to prevent worsening symptoms and address the root cause of pain. We use a combination of techniques to ensure an effective, fast, and lasting recovery.

Therapy Approach

Our treatment includes various manual therapy techniques to relax the neck muscles, particularly focusing on the trapezius (m. trapezius), levator scapulae (m. levator scapulae), and cervical erector muscles. This preparation allows for targeted therapeutic exercises to strengthen these muscles, which in turn reduces pressure on the cervical vertebrae and alleviates pain.

We also incorporate electrotherapy (TENS, laser, and ultrasound therapy) to deeply warm and improve blood circulation in the affected tissues, further enhancing the overall healing process.

Most clients experience noticeable symptom relief within the first week of therapy.
